Kelly is admitted and has represented clients with federal cases in the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Throughout the state, Kelly is known as a legal expert in drug crimes resulting from illegal search and seizures. During his thirty-two years of practice as a criminal defense attorney he has tried over two hundred jury trials.
